About Hypetingz

Hypetingz is operated by an individual seller / sole proprietor. For questions, email contact@hypetingz.com.

These terms govern use of our store and purchases from Hypetingz. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting provision.

Orders and payment

Please review your selected design, size, color, contact information and delivery address before placing an order. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use your chosen payment method. Available payment options and the amount payable are displayed at checkout. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply, subject to applicable law.

Pricing and availability

Prices, currency and applicable charges are shown on the product page and at checkout. Review the final total before paying. Products, sizes and colors are subject to availability. Changes to future prices do not retrospectively change an existing order. If a pricing or product-information error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it in accordance with applicable law rather than impose an additional charge without your agreement.

Products

Our products are made to order using existing designs. Choosing available sizes and colors does not make them personalized or customized. Screen settings may affect how colors appear; this does not limit your rights if goods are not as described or otherwise non-conforming.

Shipping and delivery

Production normally takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery estimates shown on the product page and in our Shipping & Delivery policy are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with destination, carrier, customs and other circumstances. Tracking information is provided when available. These estimates do not exclude statutory delivery obligations or remedies.

Returns, refunds and withdrawal

Our Returns & Refunds policy describes change-of-mind returns, damaged or defective goods, incorrectly printed items, lost packages and reshipping costs for incorrect addresses. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and conformity rights remain unaffected, including applicable EU withdrawal and legal guarantee rights. Made-to-order production does not override those rights. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Store content, branding and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong to their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights. You must not use the store unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, introduce malicious software or interfere with its operation.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the store or place an order.

Liability and consumer protection

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud or personal injury and mandatory consumer protections. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not disclaim statutory product guarantees or your remedies for non-conforming goods.

Changes and contact
